cross line problems/when will it be fixed?????????????????????????????????????????????

for the past month i have been trying to connect to dsl on my phone line. I've talked to at least five people on the phone including a tech 3 what a laugh. so now i've decided not to use talk america dsl and all of a sudden i'm having what you call cross line trouble. I did not pay to have a party line or have other people listening in on my calls or getting mad at me and telling me to get off their line when it is also my line and the trouble is with talk america. this problem has been going on for line a month but really got bad when i talked to someone from talk america and told them i did not want dsl anymore. now whenever i pick up my phone either someone is already talking on my phone line or when i'm in the middle of a call someone pick up or starts dialing the phone while i'm on it. i hope this problem is fixed soon or i'm going back to sbc.
