Wolfgang Puck saucepan set

I purchased a set of 18-10 stainless Wolfgang Puck saucepans at Marshall’s. It consists of a 1.5, 2, and 4 qt. pan with glass lids. The only other marking looks like a date code (2 say 0206 and the other says 0106). My problem with these is that the metal handles get extremely hot during cooking. In 40 years of cooking I never had another pan do this. I’ve already forgot a couple of times and burned my hand to the point of needing ointment and a bandage. I don’t have my original receipt from Marshall’s. Can the manufacturer offer any resolution?
