Linda Christas is an organization that engages in providing on-line secondary level tutoring and SAT/CSAT preparatory tutoring. It actively recruits Academic Advisors via the Internet.

Following being recruited as an Academic Advisor by Linda Christas, in early July 2004, the complainant discover a couple days later, while completing his second assignment, that this organization, subscribes to a racially insensitive policy of teaching and the promotion of school reform that is rooted in race based stereotyping which is contrary to its mission statement. After having taken the time to make known his objections to the offensive and irregular reading material that was part of the course's study material, he asked for a full refund of the $400 that had been charged for the course, since no services had been rendered by Linda Christas or its so-called third party trainer.

To date, neither a refund has been issue nor a coherent explanation given for why the institution is engaging in fraudulent business practices and not adhering to its mission statement. As can be observed from the flow of postings within the websites, Linda Christas seems incapable of acting with honesty and integrity, but instead only seems capable of acting immorally with respect to business ethics and to interpersonal relations as can be judged by the many smears, character assassinations and racial attacks leveled at the complainant.
