Gift Cards--Atlanta Bread Company

Bought 3 "ABC DOUGH" gift cards from Atlanta Bread Company soup and sandwich eatery in Sterling, Virginia. Recipent complained that 2 of the cards were not honored. Apparent computer problem or employee mess up. Had proof with the two remaining cards and American Express credit card receipt--Sterling store would not honor nor otherwise help. Eventually called tel no on card--- dealt with home office in Atlanta.who had record of the balances and promised to reimburse us. Two years and another visit to Sterling store before check received in reimbursement from home office. Explanation--"we thought you were crooks--it happens a lot." (Must have high class clientele.) Food indifferent. Avoid this place.
