Fraudulent Business Practices By Linda Christas of Sacramento, CA and Harassment for the Filing of Related Complaints

To Whom It May Concern:

In July 2004, I was recruited by Linda Christas as a Academic Advisor and subsequently paid $400 for a related course. A few days into the process, I became aware that the institution supported racially insensitive material and concepts which should have been contrary to its mission statement.

I took the time to explain the nature of how the material and concepts that it supported were racially insensitive and objectionable. I also demanded a full refund since no services had been rendered by Linda Christas or its third party trainer.

To date, no refund has been given. Rather than recap all that has transpired between then and now, I direct you attention to the Web Sites http://www.youbethejudge.info, http://www.ripoffreport.com/ripoff149903.htm, http://www.ripoffreport.com/ripoff150465.htm.

As can be seen from the foregoing websites, Linda Christas has neither put an end to its fraudulent business practices nor has it attempted to settle the complaints with the Better Business Bureau or those filed via the Internet. Instead, it can be observed that the institution only engages in racial attacks and character assassination.
