Aqua Guard Water Purifier / AMC with "Quick Service"

Hi,

I had gone into an Annual Maintenenace Contract with the Company named "Quick Service" address WZ-1198, Nangal Raya, D-Block, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110046, Ph-28523232, 28523434 on the date 1.5.2006 which is valid upto 30.4.2007. The receipt no. for the same is 6208. The check no. against which I made the payment is 864279.

No body from the company has come for servicing till date whereas the contract says "Three periodical service visits per year during the period of contract mentioned will be made". It is already 7 months since the contract was made. I have made numerous calls saying them that my purifier is not working properly but nobody is attending. Everytime I make a call, they keep my address and that is it.

This was not the case when you had a service center at DLF-3, Gurgaon. They were very prompt and attended immediately. I am very upset with the situation .Your service center seems to extract money from customers by making AMC's and not attending them. Please help me out of this.
