tree service, wood pick up

Ed Smith, president of above co. hired Pittman Tree Seevice to remove a large amount of wood across lawn at 3332 Myra St. for the amt. of $500. if wood was gone within 2 weeks

,the time the city had given him a citation to have it removed. I went to Myra St. and removed said wood and debris,raked and cleaned lawn. Mr. Smith billed the owner and was paid but did not remit payment to Pittman Tree Service. Upon calling the owner,Title Perfect

i was informed Mr. Smith no longer did work for them due to this being an on goiing problem with him,that they had other complaints from more subcontractors.
