Dear edits,

I called to cancel my membership today that somehow was automatically renewed without my permission. I was told that I was notified by email (I was not), and that I would have had to cancel prior to the renewal date. I was then told that I had to pay a cancellation fee of $40. This is ridiculous to pay for something that I have not used in over 10 months. I should also not have to pay for something that you renewed without my permission or any knowledge that you were going to charge my credit card.

This site seems like it trying to scam money out of honest people who just want to try to lose weigh. What’s more, all of the diets that people pay you for are available online for FREE. Now that is truly a rip-off. There are even free support groups out there online.

I will never recommend this site to anyone. They are dishonest and sneaky.
