eVision MEGApro Digital Camera

Sirs: I have had nothing but trouble with this camera since having bought it from AOL. First I could not get the flash to respond. Then I could not download photo's to my system. Now, the damn thing won't even work at all. Does this mean that I can now junk it or is there a place I could mail it to and have them make any and all necessary corrections to insure that the camera will operate properly.
