I am also sending this via postal service with my invoice copies from the dealership as per the letter. Didn't feel the need to send the other six copies that I requested from Bell Ford a FEW of the other times I was there on the second incident. I certainly hope because it is a complaint it doesn't get lost or buried. Thank you for your time in reviewing all the time it has cost me to visit a Ford Dealership.
