OnRebate.com/ Rebate check

I Purchased Items from Tiger Direct and had to use onrebate.com to get my rebates I sent all the required forms and got verification that my rebates were approved and am still waiting for the checks.they said 8 to 10 weeks after verification or I could pay them to get them in a week, I choose to wait and this was on June 28 2006 and as of 11/19/2006 still no check. I've tried to call, e-mail and cant get anyone.......
