Haier Dishwasher / Problem with drying cycle

Purchased in Bangalore, India

I had purchased a Haier dishwasher in Bangalore an year and half back. Two months back the drying cycle stopped working and I had registered a complaint under warranty to get the problem fixed. Despite our repeated reminders and follow-ups, the problem still remains unresolved - with a standard response from the service personnel: "PCB needs to be replaced and the part is not available with us in India". Even now, they are not committing any date on fixing the problem. Request you to help us in escalating the complaint.
