We purchased a bedroom suite and a Dinining room table, chairs and china cabinet with base from furnitureland south on august 11 2006.

After three months we have received:

Dinining room table and chairs

Incomplete bedroom furniture.

Complaint:

After repeated phone calls they have agreed to ship china cabinet and base some time in december.

The bedrrom when delivered had defective canopy railing and headboard piece. Without which bed can not be assembled.

Rest of the furniture in the bedroom is lying in original packages. In short betroom is unusable. After numerous complains to

customer service, they are going to oblige us by sending the railing by UPS for us to assemble the bed ourselves. Still no

word on when rest of the pieces will arrive.

Advice to prospective customers:

Stay away from Furnitureland south. Shop your local store. You will be helping your local retailers and keeping you tax

dollar work for your community and avoid long distance nightmares.
