CAMERA EXPRESS 8338 INTERNATIONAL DRIVE ORLANDO

I have just returned from a great holiday in Orland and I am still boiling,

furious, mad etc. I cannot believe how stupid I was for not checking on

the 'real' price of a camera before buying one at Camera Express. I

purchased a Pentax E10 digital camera and paid $320 including tax, in the

Mall opposite it was $150 - too late!! I called these guys and was told to

get lost and to report them to whoever I wanted to, I called back to the

shop and felt intimidated.

I really want to make them accountable for this (and many others?)

overcharging and taking advantage of people like me. I am so ashamed of my

lack of common sense I cannot bring myself to tell my wife!

Their sales patter and technique is polished and contains many inaccuracies.

If you can help with ideas of who I can write to in addition to Orlando

Chamber of Commerce/Better Business Bureau/the magazine the advert was in

and to Pentax itself, I would be very grateful.

Caveat Emptor - Let the Buyer BEWARE!!!!
