To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to inform you of a very unsatisfactory experience regarding customer service with your company. I recently purchased the 2007 QuickBooks Premier Upgrade because I was told by the customer service representative that I would receive a full year of free customer service along with the upgrade. However, I spoke to a customer service representative today that insisted that the upgrade included only a month of free customer support and that I must have been mistaken. I know what I was promised when I purchased the upgrade. If the upgrade had included only one month of customer support, I would have purchased my software with another company all together. I feel as though I was lied to by the individual that sold me the upgrade so that he could sell me this product. This is poor customer service and very unethical behavior. I will not be purchasing any products from your company in the future and I will be sure to tell all my business associates about my disappointing experience regarding your company.
