I ordered 25 yards of vinyl fabric for a project for our local high school. After my check was cashed, it was not shipped for a couple of weeks, even though when I called, it was told it was in route.

Be aware with DIY Upholstery Supply. I ordered the fabric and foam on 5/26 and it was charged to my Paypal account immediately. The foam was shipped on 6/9 but I didn't receive my fabric. Email was sent to DIY 6/29 but the owner Kris Charlebois did not reply until 7/8. He said the fabric would be in stock on 7/9 and he would ship it on 7/9. I waited and still didn't receive it and email to Kris on 8/3 and 8/7 and he did not response. He finally replied on 8/7 "Very sorry for the delay, we had a computer crash and lost a lot of our customers back order info. We had no way to retrieve it without your email address. Thanks to your email we can pull up your info . we will ship your fabric today very sorry again for the delay". However, he said he would ship it on 8/7 but it wasn't shipped until 8/21 (I have UPS tracking) and I finally received on 8/25 but the color was different than I ordered. It is useless to me.

this fabric was lost by ups. We went out of our way to track down the fabric for this customer. She also forgot to mention we gave her the fabric at our cost as a donation to her school. We are sorry it arrived late. Maybe this complaint should be directed to ups
