2003 Dodge Diesel - 1 ton - WON'T START!!!

2003 Dodge Diesel - 1 ton - WON'T START!!! After spending $840.00 for a fuel injection pump, the truck still won't start. The mechanics are stumped! We checked with several!! Finally, a specialist in mechanics had the truck computer tested and came up with the fact that the Fuel Injector Pump to these vehicles is unable to operate properly with the new fuel ingredients that have recently been OK'd by the government. Therefore, why isn't there a recall on the fuel injection pumps for these vehicles! I'm finding out that others have the same problem. What is Dodge going to do about this situation??? Are they not aware of this problem, yet? Please let me know as soon as possible. I replace all 6 of my injectors and found out that all 6 were bad i had 101,000 miles and bought my injectors through industrial injection and i bought a inline fuel filter to prevent dirt from vracking the common rail injectors. 99% of the time the common rail injectors get desroyed from dirty fuel so after problem has been resolve keep clean fuel filter on the truck at every oil change.
