internet to phone calls through yahoo

I paid $10.00 in August to yahoo to make phone calls from the internet to home phones. I was told I would receive an email from their financial team for verification. I never recd their verification or any email. November 18/06 I have yet to hear from them inspite of sending email compalints. It looks like it is just another company waiting to grab money, but not looking at the future business with a customer. dis-satisfied customer. Glady
