Qwest DSL and Voice

I'm a new DSL and Voice customer. 5 times I have been on the phone with Qwest, each time for an hour or longer. I'm on my second modem. Things still are not working after all that. Currently I'm on hold (for 47 minutes so far, and now for another 14 for a supervisor) and thought I'd use my waiting time productively to tell the everyone DO NOT BUY QWEST! It is scandalous to treat customers that way. Certainly there are many other options for DSL. I had Qwest years ago for my home phone and nothing has changed - actually it's gotten worse.


I got DSL to save time over dial up - all I have gotten is hours wasted on hold with no results.
