I am not sure how this started. 24Protect Plus has been charging my checking account $49.95 per month for the last 4 months. When I called them, they said I had subscribed to a 7 day free subscription and after that it would be a monthly charge. I would have had to call and cancel the subscription before the end of the 7 day free subscription. Of course, I don't remember anything regarding a monthly subscription. The company did say they would refund the last charge on my account. This is a very deceptive company. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, they tried to sell me something else. I had to ask several times to talk to a supervisor. This company needs to be black listed for deceptive practices.
