Whirlpool Refrigerator Purchased from HHGregg, with an Extended Warranty. Hello, We purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator from HH Gregg, in Beavercreek, Ohio, during May of 2006, with an extended warranty. Said refrigerator broke down Tuesday, Nov. 7. We are still without service. Our next service is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 20. That is almost two weeks. We have made many phone calls, been placed on hold for lengthy periods of time, unable to reach a live person, been given several phone numbers to call (run around), and are still without customer satisfaction. Please help us as consumers. In that way, other consumers can know up front what they might be dealing with, and make informed decisions when they purchase goods. We also have been getting the run around. We would have never purchased a used refridgerator if we would have known, that is the whole reason we went to HH Gregg in the first place. My advice to all the consumers out there do not buy anything from HH Gregg, Beware!
