This is a business where they do not screen their employees very well. I don't believe that background checks are completed on anyone. One of their female employees has a boyfriend that runs Meth labs. He and her have been working this for quite sometime. Their first lab was in Colorado Springs. When caught over in Colorado, the boyfriend does the time and she and the kids moved to Scottsbluff with her mother. Another lab was set up at the mother's place and he was again caught. The lady is allowed to work at Aurora Loan Services and is dumber than dirt.

She is again in the process of setting up another meth lab so when "daddy of the kids" gets out (yet again) he will join her, make tons of money on meth - until they get caught. She claims innocence and he does the time. While he is in jail, she moves on and makes people feel sorry for her situation and earns their trust. Then boom - the process starts all over again.

This is only one employee that works there. They have several with very similar stories. Background checks should be mandatory and anyone involved with Meth in any way should not be allowed to work where confidenitality is key.
