incredimail complaint

incredimail complaint i did not know how to post this can you do it for me? i am angry in that i am totally disabled and on a very low fixed income. i paid for the extras and got treated very badly and they wanted more money! here is my story below.
I have a complaint to make about incredimail. i bought the premium bundle lifetime called the incredibundle with the letter writer and i also bought the emoticon superpack. this was all before they came out with the so called GOLD membership. i had total access along with the junk filter and i downloaded all the letters, cards, notifiers, etc they had on their site. and i saved all of them too. then i got ill and did not use my computer for a good while. when i was able to use it again my system crashed and i had to re-install everything. well when i went to get my letters, cards, notifiers etc. back, i could not get the ones i had downloaded before and my junk filter would not work anymore either. i wrote to them and asked why and they said that i would have to buy the Gold Membership and the Junk filter plus in order to get this again. i wrote them and told them that everything you had in the Gold membership i had downloaded when i was a premium lifetime member and that i should still be able to get what i got before. they wrote back saying that they do not support the junk filter anymore just the junk filter plus! and now they made a GOLD membership that offers more which i no longer can get because i am a platinum member. i ask why do you want me to pay for what i already had access to and they said that they upgraded everything and no longer will support the old structure. i told them that it was a total rip off and that i was very unhappy and they said sorry they could not help me. i did not know who to complain to other than incredimail but they don't listen at all. so if you read this you can pass it on to anywhere that is also complaining about incredimail............. randy From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 16-Nov-06 14:47:52 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisDear Randy I had the same problem...the only difference I did buy one year of thier Gold content but when the year was up not only did they dissable the Gold but...alot of content that I had bought years before in the incredimail premium bundle. So I made many contacts to no avail. Then I started to threaten them with the fact that they were in breach of contract and if they dident do something to remedy this problem that I was going to file a claim with consumer affairs and the Atourney General of the state that they operate from....IT WORKED ! THEY GAVE ME FREE OF CHARGE, A LIFE TIME SUBSCRIPTION OF THE GOLD GALLERY. WITCH GIVES YOU ACCESS TO ALL INCREDIMAIL CONTENT...SO I GOT BACK ALL THAT THEY HAD TAKEN BACK. I HOPE THIS HELPES YOU.
