We received our Verizon bill and had a charge from the company. When we tried to have the fees reversed, we were advised that the fee would stand. The customer service rep claimed she was the supervisor and manager. When we attempted to contact someone at their headquarters in Teaneck, NJ, we still spoke with rude CSRs. This company is a total rip-off and should have their business license revoked.
