I drive or should I say drove a 96 Lexus ES300. My car went in to have the timing belt replaced and sat in the shop for over 2 weeks. After getting my car back it died after driving it about 5 miles. They told us to bring the car back to the shop, The mechanic Bill drove the vehicle and after driving the car hard, came back with the engine knocking. After the test-drive I was told I needed a new engine and needed to pay for 20 hours of labor. I called and spoke to corporate and no action was taken. Bill told me he drove the car hard, which I relayed to the manager and the corporate office, and no disciplinary was taken. No action has been taken on their part to help me fix my vehicle. I would not recommend taking any vehicle to this shop and I hope you learn from my mistake.
