Window Coverings/Payless Decor Payless Decor 1750 Young Ct Suite B Norcross, GA 30093 Problem: In November, 2006, we made the mistake of ordering some window coverings from "Payless Decor" online. Their website was difficult to understand/navigate in comparison with the countless online ordering sites I have used. After extensive effort, we were able to enter our measurements for 3 large floor to ceiling window coverings. We recently recevied a product that was 8 inches wide and 12 inches long. This company charged us $300 for 3 of these "window coverings". The overpricing of their product is obvious and "Payless" Decor is a clear misnomer. However, the customer treatment (a.k.a. ABUSE) by the "President" of the company, Lena Faissaly, was the truly unfortunate piece of this experience and what is motivating me to contact any and all complaint registries. This woman was, without doubt the RUDEST and most unprofessional human being I have EVER encountered. When I called to discuss the problem with our shipment she was immediately defensive, rude, unhelpful, obnoxious and downright abusive in her treatment. While the loss of money is regrettable and reflective of their horrific customer service policies, Lena's treatment of my husband and I on the phone was just the worst one can imagine. I have truly never felt abused as I did by this woman, the President of Payless Decor. She has no place as "President" of anything. It is my honest hope that people will avoid engaging with this company for any reason. I have never before made a point of seeking to alert the public to beware of companies due to their personnel, or their business practices, but in this case, I felt it was imperative to put it out there. I truly hope someone else is spared the nightmare of dealing with Lena and her company "Payless" Decor. Simply put, the product NEVER ARRIVED!!!!!! I kept calling, emailing, writing Paylessdecor, but nothing from the company. Worst of all, when I accessed their "manage your account," it stated that there were no orders made. That's funny, my credit card was billed, and my initial email from paylessdeor had an order number on it. I'm disgusted that companies like paylessdecor are allowed to peddle this crap to unsuspecting consumers. Their customer service is shamefully non-existent. Moreover, lying to customer by telling them that product will arrive in a specific amount of time, and then becoming reticent when it fails to show is unethical. Continuing to take customer's money without providing a product is just criminal. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs, and have notified my credit card company regarding fraud. Simply put, Paylessdecor is a scam, an unethical organization that engages in deceit and lacks integrity. SHAME ON PAYLESSDECOR!
