Verizon DSL For what reason does it always take an hour or more for Verizon DSL, Microsoft or Sony to resolve even the simplest issues??? Is it just me or does it ALWAYS take over an hour to fix even email issues???? And what do I have to do to get a human, let alone one who speaks ENGLISH & does NOT have an accent???????????Right now I'm on hold for 15 minutes or more to get a supervisor who I had to request over & over to a non-English speaking person arggggghgh!!!! I was told it would be a 15 minute or more wait - so what else is new????
