Travelocity We are in the middle of having a problem with Travelocity. I have spent countless hours with them and they kept saying call us, your reservation has been cancelled or changed. They stated that the flights we booked were cancelled and we would need to re-book them later when our cruise was closer. I continued to check on my own. This was in May that we booked our flights and cruise (we did not book our cruise through them). They kept trying to give us a higher rate and said nothing was available. After many phone calls at 1 - 3 hours each time, and many hang ups including from supervisors, I called the airlines directly. Yes the times were correct and yes it worked for us and we would not have to pay for any changes. They pretty much said Travelocity doesn't know what they are doing.
I do worry though because travelocity still does not have our trip plans correct! They said they cannot change them because we went behind their backs! My cruise, if we make it sets sail in Jan 07 but when we come home to San Juan to get on the airplane; travelocity has us boarding at newark????
We are very nervous, frustrated and down right upset. If anyone has any suggestions, please email me at Email User
