I am writing to you because I earned 7500 points on Promosquad, which

qualified me for a $50 Amazon.com gift certificate about three months ago.

When I went to redeem the points or click on the Amazon.com award, it said,

"Out of stock." I e-mailed Promosquad asking them when they are going to

have this award back in stock, but I got no response. I sent you an e-mail

about three months ago about this, but I have not received anything from you

about this. Promosquad still has not resolved my problem. I want my $50

Amazom.com gift certificate that I earned. If they won't do this or respond

to you, I want people to know Promosquad did this to me, and I am sure many

other people had this happen to them, but just haven't complained, or had to

settle for a prize far less than what was promised. I want people to be

aware of Promosquad's dishonest and unfair tactics when it comes to points

and prizes. Be aware, Promosquad might not deliver on the prize you want

after earning a ton of points for it.
