Mattress Expo

Hi,

I recently bought a King Set from the Matress Expo in Hiram, Ga. Soon after they delivered it it began squeaking. I called the store & was directed to customer service. They sent me a form to fill out & aksed for my credit card # for the $60.00 inspection fee that would have to be paid up front for the inspection. I was in a state of unbelief that they were going to charge me even though it has a supposed warranty. He said his hands were tied. I told him I would not give him my credit card # since I did not know him. I offered to pay by check when the inspection was made. He said No, that the check would have to clear the bank before he would schedule the inspection. This is the first & last mattress that will be purchased by me from these people.
