It started in June 2006. When my husband was out of work a lot because of sinus problems and had to have sinus surgery. We got behind on a few bills.So we called them and explained this to them and asked if we could send a partial payment and that we would send the rest of the payment to weeks later. And they said it would be ok. So then in July they keep on calling harassing us saying that since we sent a partial payment that they put it on our escrow instead of on the payment. Then they tried to say that they were paying our home owners insurance (witch is a lie because I go pay it every month at the nationwide office myself ) I every receipt to show It.and I told them this on the phone and they said that they needed proof that we were paying it.So I had nationwide to call them and they said that that wasn't good enough that nationwide had to fax them proof of our insurance policy. So nationwide has called them three times and faxed them this information twice.And from July up to this month they have sent us a letter every month still saying that we are behind on our payments. I have been sending our payments through western union every month so I know that they are receiving our payment every month. They call us every week harassing us .And if we do call and try to straighten this out and explain to them that we have made our payment they just keep on saying we are behind and they act like that they are right and they don't want to listen to what we have to say . And we are really getting tired on this harassing us every week every month . Our payment is due the 4th of each month and is late after the 19th of each month.
