Dear Mr. Connor, I would like to start and say that this letter and your company is very misleading and Troy and myself are very displeased with Chase whom we have our home equity line through and also our Mortgage. We will never in the future give a recommendation to your company and we are in the process of having both of these refinanced by a different leader. I have called quite a few times to see how we can go about getting a fixed rate on both of our accounts. No one could help us or even call back. We had an APR with you and at the time we were looking to increase our line of credit, but no one told us that our mortgage loan was due to expire and it would go from a 6.25 interest rate to a 9.75 interest rate. If we were told by your so-called trust worthy agents we could have refinanced the house and received extra money for home improvements. Your company put us in a bind and we have had to go through a lot of trouble to find someone to take our loan and give us a fair rate. You do not have honest people working for you and at time of the closing of our mortgage loan the loan officer never showed. So we were depending on the title company at closing for honest direction. Well that ended up with us stuck with a high interest rate and a mortgage company I will never do business with again. Even the new leader that we will be having said that your company stiffed us and was dishonest in helping us with what you so-call a company that cares and we can count on. Now Troy and I have to make a house payment that was originally $783.00 to $1,000.00 and on top of that paying for the Home equity that your company set us up with at $331.00 a month. You have actually caused us heartache and I am now working two jobs to make ends meet to supplement this increase. I hope that in the future when you send these letters out to customers you personally check on their satisfaction because if there is a way for me to settle this in a manner that you would have to compensate me for my loses, I would seek professional and legal help. But I don't have the time and money thanks to you.
