Bissell warranty

We bought a Bissell vacuum. The machine has a suction problems so the company recommend us the SirVac service center in Fern Park, Casselberry to fix the machine because the machine only has 6 month in use.

We did it and left the machine in there. One week later someone called me for pick it up. The thing is that I have to pay $50.00 because they cleaning it.This sevice is not under warranty.

But no one called me first to give an estimate for the service. So This people are Thieves.
