Attention New Yorkers

Anyone out there that lives in the State of New York that has a complaint against Dell Computer Corporation, PLEASE send a letter of complaint to the New York State Attorney General, 120 Broadway, New York, N.Y. 10271.

I filed my complaints against Dell some time ago and it looks as though I am not the only one that has filed complains against the way Dell does business. Evidently, the Attorney General's Office is now looking into Dell's business practices.

I would also suggest to anyone living in any other state to write your State Attorney General's Office and file a complaint.

Even if you DO NOT own a Dell computer, if you are unhappy with the treatment you are getting from your computer manufacturer, WRITE a complaint to your Attorney General. This is the only way their bad business practices will ever get changed. It may take time, as it did with Dell, but hopefully it will happen.
