Sprint is a migraine headache

One again I had to call Sprint because I could not call out on my phone yet again. I couldn't even call Sprint most of the day because I didn't have enough bars to do so. It's a good thing I didn't have an emergency because my phone was of no use all day until a few minutes ago.


The problem is Sprint phones have to be updated every so often and until you can use the phone to contact Customer Solutions, you can't update the phone and you can't use it. It is useless!


When I call Sprint, there is always some lame excuse and nothing gets solved.


I asked Customer Solutions why my phones, I have 4, all need to be updated so often? I never got an answer. I asked how am I suppose to get the update if I can't call out on the phone? I never got any answer. I asked why my neighbor, who has Verizon cellular phone service, NEVER has to update her phones, she has 4 too. I never got an answer.


I can't wait until April, when my contract is up with Sprint. The time can't go by fast enough. Sprint will go out of their way to get their money, but as far as making sure the customer gets service, don't hold your breath or you'll be dead.


I wish I never tried Sprint. It has been one nightmare after another and if you think I am kidding keep reading all of the complaints I have written up against Sprint.
