Shelterlogic pop-up canopy/slack customer service Shelter Logic, Watertown, CT I purchased a ShelterLogic pop-up canopy from Northern Tool Website. It came to me 10 weeks later damaged in the box. The box looked fine, but when I opened it the buckles on the canopy tie downs were broken and the plastic piece that prevents the center pole from punching a hole in the fabric was snap off. I tried for 5 weeks to get ShelterLogic on the phone and by e-mail. I finally got them and was told I had exceeded the 30 replacement parts period. So do not buy a ShelterLogic product unless you can inspect in person and verify it is not damaged. They will not help you after 30 days.
