Sears Kenmore front-load washer

I purchased a Sears Kenmore front-load washer in January of '02. On

November 12, 2006, this washer completely broke. The wash tub came totally

loose during a spin cycle which caused it to dent the washer from the

inside and then the tub came to rest on the floor of the washroom. There

is no way a four year old washer should have a major issue like this.

To get Sears to make an appointment to send out a repairman, I had to put

an estimated repair cost of $279.00 on my credit card. I feel this is

direct result of a faulty machine and this repair should be done at no cost

to me!!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Sears and this washing

machine!
