Incident = I purchased a prepaid phone card, to use to call my mother

long distance. The card is called OCHOA. When I scratched for the PIN, I

didn\'t get it. It was garbled so I called their customer service

1-800-915-1518. The lady I spoke to hung up on me, claiming before then that

she could not give me a PIN even when I gave her a control number she

asked for. I called again, she spoke a foreign language and hung up on

me again. I want a PIN so I can use the card. If not I want my money

back. And I want other consumers to know about this card.
