Neighborhood built by MCI

I have 2 complaints - one I have been billed for months for 3way calling - I did not request nor do I want this service. I havent been able to resolve thru phone contact.

Second - somehow lines must be crossed - callers are getting a message saying this person is not available to take calls - Now, this does not go on my message center with my personal message nor does it register on my caller ID - I would like to have this resolved.
