My husband and I purchased a King Parisian Mattress set from Mattress King in Cumming. When they showed up a week later to deliver it, it had dirt and stains on it in places that were supposedly covered by "Factory" wrapping. They came back the next day to replace it with a mattress that had been damaged and repaired "at the factory" which should have made it a second. I requested a refund at which time I was told the paperwork wouldn't be sent to the corporate office until Thursday and then it would be 15 days to credit my credit card account. After dealing with the sales person yelling at me for "not giving them a chance to fix it", they finally said it would be done the next day (it was 5pm on Sunday). It is now Wednesday and it hasn't been credited. I called the corporate office and was told everyone in the building except the person answering the phone was at lunch at 2:15pm. I was also told that there were other people waiting on their refunds that have to be processed first, call bck to talk to the manager. When I asked the manager's name, the girl hung up on me. I called back and asked for her name to which she replied, "I don't have one". This is probably the shadiest company I have ever dealt with and I should have known it from the time I first walked in the store. Luckily, I have been able to call the credit card company to dispute the charge and they are taking care of it for me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There is no excuse for what they tried to deliver to me.
