MCI/ Telenet bogus collect call billing and LD outgoing call block

Marvel Photo Inc. an ID Products Manufacturing and Distribution Company with corporate offices in Tulsa, OK was invoiced for a collect call by a company we thought we did not have service with. Employees at the offices claim no call was ever received or accepted. The bill was for a 6 min call and totaled almost $40.00. The bill went unpaid and was trashed. This call was not listed on our MCI bill as an incoming call. Yesterday I find out our main line is blocked for outgoing LD calls. Called MCI (what a joke) I was referred back to the callback line no one will answer or call back but did and hung up on me. Wena at MCI claims it is a third party block. She could not explain why MCI allowed someone to block our line. She also agreed our account was current and that the blocker was a department of MCI not a third party but she could not transfer me to that department. (I wonder why)?? This is close to terrorism. I feel like I am being held hostage. It is going to be hard to get my hand in my pocket to pay for a service we are not receiving. Don't let them swindle you!! I would have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror if I worked for a company like that. I wouldn't buy them ..soon they will be broke.
