MON. NOV 13 CALLED DISH AND REQUESTED A RECEIVER TO BE INSTALLED FOR A THIRD T.V. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED BY DISH TO BE WED. NOV 15 BETWEEN 8 A.M. TO 12 P.M.
WED NOV 15 -RECEIVED CALL FROM DISH CONFIRMING THE 8 A.M. TO 12 P.M. APPT. AT 10 A.M. RECIEVED CALL FROM DISH IT WILL BE SOMETIME AFTER 1 P.M.. WE HAD ALREADY MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICKUPGRAND- DAUGHTER AND CHANGED A DOCTORS APPT. TO THE P.M. IN ORDER TO ADHERE TO THE 8 AM TO 12 PM DISH APPT. TIME. I CALLED DISH (SPOKE W/ A SAM. TOLD HIM OF THE SITUATION. HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND CALLED THE DISPATCHER. HE RETURN TO ME AND THAT A TECH WOULD BE AT MY HOME BEFORE 1 P.M. AS I COMPOSING THIS E-MAIL, IT IS 2:55 P.M. AGAIN I HAD TO MAKE SOME ARRANGEMENTS WITH A NEIGHBOR TO P/U MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND CANCELL A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT FOR THE SECOND TIME.
I'VE BEEN A DISH CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE REQUESTED SERVICE FROM DISH. I AM SERIOUSLY DEBATING ABOUT CANCELLING MY DISH ACCOUNT AND SEARCH OUT ANOTHER PROVIDER. I KNOW DISH PROBABLY HAS THE MENTAL ATTITUDE THAT THE LOSS OF ONE CUSTOMER WILL NOT EFFECT DISH. THAT MAY BE TRUE. I WILL SURELY LET MY NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS, CHURCH MEMBERS, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE VARIOUS CLUBS I BELONG TO; ALONG WITH MY COMMENTS TO THE FEDERAL BODY WHICH GOVERNS SATTELITE TELECOMMUNICATIONS KNOW OF YOUR SERVICE.
I KNOW THAT I WILL NEVER HEAR FROM DISH CONCERNING THIS MATTER. BUT THATS O.K.,
