I'm writing in response to some of the reviews I read on your website. I had a pleasant experience with the company, as opposed to most of the reviews published here. Since my first purchase of a calling card, the company has always been straight forward and honest in doing business. Since then, I regularly buy or recharge my phone card with the company.

 

Prepaid phone cards are a great deal. A cheap way to make calls without adding something extra to your phone bill. The rates are significantly lower and you can quit any time you like or change providers.

 

My issue started when I wanted to take my card with me in Europe, for the couple of weeks I was traveling. I wanted to make sure I can do that so I called their customer service department. When I asked the question, the lady on the other line said I will have un undetermined rate. She didn't tell me more, only repeated the "undetermined rate" part.

 

OK, I got used to the idea. I asked her to recommend me another product. All I saw was the Worldwide card with rates than didn't appeal to me. She told me about the Diamond plan, on a different website of Nobel's. Finally, I accepted the new services and I also got 10$ off when I signed up.

 

The card works excellent and they have local numbers in most of the major european cities. No hidden prices or something like that and very good quality on my calls. I was impressed by the customer oriented service which you rarely find these days. Thank you for your time.
