ESURANCE

This is to warn anybody about Esurance. Esurance is happy to take your money, but BEWARE.

If you have an accident they are difficult to reach. I had to leave a phone number the day after I had an accident, they called back and left a message. After no response I filed a claim on line 3 days latter. Guess what, a full 30 days after the accident the company had still not done ANYTHING.

After I complained loudly, an insurance adjuster was finally sent out. The adjuster stated my tires were 40-60% worn, when in fact they were brand new. The quote on the car was way below market value, (since my car was totaled.) I sent a letter disputing this, and have failed to get any response, other than a check made out to a non-existent person. The accident occurred June 22 and I still have not received any payment, though Esurance has settled with Travelers Insurance.

I will be going to small claims court to see if I can recover at least some money. This company is posing as a legitimate insurance company, but engages in unethical business.............................
