Real costs significantly exceeded the estimate (almost double). So, don't buy into their price guarantee, you will end up paying same or more than with other more reputable companies, plus will have to go through hell in the process. Damaged a lot of furniture, including antiques that they themselves packed. Missing items. After you sign the contract, customer service is awful: no response to e-mails or phone calls. Their so-called e-mail updates are sent only after numerous messages left and barely provide any info anyway. 5 months later, still no resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you don't really care about your stuff, or insure yourself up to your ears.
