CIC Credit Monitoring

This business states that it will monitor your credit and advise you if there are any changes to your credit. I have paid for it for three months and have never ordered it. Every time I talk with them they tell me my wife ordered it. Well, she did not. I have advised them for two months and they still keep putting it on my credit card bill. It was there for two months before I noticed it. Their phone number is: 800-220-2626. They always tell me they will cancel it, but I still keep getting the charges.

 

They have never advised me that I (or my wife) have the service or anything about what they can do for me. I believe they are just bilking people out of money for as long as they can get away with it. I have no idea how they got my credit card number. Somehow it probably came about when I used the "free credit report" system on the internet. Far as I know I never entered my credit card number.
