AIRTEL SERVICE I have migrated the connection from prepaid to post-paid for AES 249 kk plan (it's a corporate plan) on 15th of September, I have given all required documents to Airtel Executive, after that Airtel took more than 20 days to activate the connection(9th of October), usually it takes 6 to 7 working days to migrate. In between I called to customer care so many times and every time they used to assure me that "today evening", "tomorrow by 12-30" like that, and also I didn't recharged my currency for five days, that time my mobile was off for five days, hoping to get the connection now and then. I don't know why these people took so many days. After getting migrated to post-paid I saw that plan is showing AES 299 kk plan. But I have applied for AES 249 kk plan. When contacted to AIRTEL customer care, they told me that, this plan got withdrawn on September 30 th and I told them that I have applied on September 15th and you people took so many days to migrate. They are not ready to change the plan at all. I wrote lots of mails regarding this to Airtel nodal officers and customer care ( Email User , Email User , Email User , Email User) everybody replied me it can't be done. I want to ask one thing to Airtel, why you people consider the date of activation why not date of application submitted (I have receipt also). Whoever applied along with me on that day (my colleague's and friends) in our office those are all got this plan why not for me, and I have to pay Rs 50 more every month to Airtel?
