complaint about International Wig, CA Hello, Just wanted to add my complaint to your database. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional customer service in all my years buying products over the Internet as I did with this company, International Wig (http://www.internationalwig.com/). The sales rep called me names and insulted me with repeated emails to the point where the harassment was so bad I had to put a block on my email address. This was started because of my polite comment about how they should let their customers know more details about shipping options and possible delays so they can make an informed decision. That's another thing about this company - if you want your item within a reasonable amount of time, be prepared to pay for Express shipping on top of the already high regular shipping fee. You end up paying somewhere in the neighborhood of $25 just to get your item in the time it takes most Internet merchants to ship your item via regular shipping methods. There are many places to buy wigs on the Internet. If you want your item quickly and without having a sales rep harass you, I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. Without a doubt, my experience with International Wig was one of the worst Internet shopping experiences I've ever had.
