Net Banking Dear Customer Care Exectuive,
I must say this with disgust that your bank is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. On Saturday your Internet Banking was not working and there was an announcement that it will not be available from 11th to the 13th. If you did not know 11-13 was falling on a Saturday and Sunday and your branches are not open. Does it not make sense to have internet banking closed in the night or when the Branches are open. Atleast there would be one channel for customers to transact.
Today is the 14th and still your stupid Internet banking does not work. OK can we call the Telebanking numbers, that's another tragedy. There is not one number which works. Not one person or the system answering the call. If handling all these products is difficult for a stupid bank like yours, why do you offer these features in the first place.
I am very sure that just like all other problems I have encountered with UTI, this mail of mine is going to go straight to the Trash, just like other complaints.
If there is any Customer service Attitude left in the organisation, I am sure you would reply to this mail and get your act together.
Trust me, UTI is probably the last bank on my mind right now. I have had it right upto my nose......
I am copying this mail to all those Ids I have seen in your site and also to www.complaints.com. One copy has already been forwarded to RBI.
