Delta Airlines is the biggest swindler. They promised us in writing a refund on a ticket issued with an error and now refuse to respond to our emails and phone calls (they even hung up on my sister). I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Delta is also giving them the run around. I want to sue this company into oblivion for all the grief and frustration they have cause.
